When you start working for us, there will be a trial period of about three months.
・Trial period: 300,000 yen per month for the first three months. (Daily payment is possible.) After the trial period, you will earn a salary based on your ability.
・After the trial period, the starting salary will be 320,000-350,000 yen, depending on your ability.
*After the trial period, you will receive the following benefits: (Daily payment will no longer be possible).
・Monthly sales-based bonus: 5,000 yen to 50,000 yen, paid separately from salary.
・Evaluation for Salary increase and promotion (Every 3-6 months)
